Party Fund

The Phoenix Party Fund

Funding the Party’s creation and work — and nothing else

In development

The Phoenix Party Fund is not yet open. It becomes the Phoenix Party’s donation point once the Party is registered with the Electoral Commission. Until then, this page sets out what it is for and how it will operate.

What It Funds

The Phoenix Party Fund pays for one thing: the creation and work of the Phoenix Party — building the platform the Party needs, registering it, and running its activities through to the single binding referendum it exists to deliver. Nothing else.

It does not fund community projects, the platform’s running costs, the inventor’s legal cases, or commercial work. Each of those has its own fund. The Party Fund is political money, kept apart from everything else by design.

A Fund That Ends Itself

Like the Party it serves, this fund is temporary. The Phoenix Party is formed for one task and bound to dissolve once it is done — and when it dissolves, whatever remains in the Party Fund transfers into the Phoenix Fund, to serve community projects. The vehicle’s remaining fuel becomes part of the people’s standing community fund. Nothing is kept; nothing is wasted.

Where the Money Goes

The Phoenix Party Fund will operate in full daylight, under the rules that govern political funds:

  • In — donations toward the Party — accepted, once it is registered, only from permissible donors under Electoral Commission rules, with donor details recorded, permissibility checked, larger donations reported, and a digital imprint shown.
  • Out — the Party’s registration, its platform, and its campaign activities, through to the binding referendum.
  • On dissolution — any remaining balance transfers to the Phoenix Fund for community use.
  • Always — kept strictly separate from the Phoenix Fund, the Platform Fund, the IP & Legal Fund, and the BizKit-Tin Fund. Political money never mixes with community, operational, legal, or commercial money.

Supporting the Party

Until the Phoenix Party is registered, this fund is not open for donations. When it opens, the compliant donation route will appear here.
