The Phoenix Ledger
The public record of instructions and response — in development
In development
The Phoenix Ledger is being built. This page will become the live public record itself. It is not live yet, and bringing it into existence is part of what the movement now needs support to do.
What This Page Will Become
When it is live, this is the Phoenix Ledger: the permanent public record of the whole governance loop — every certified instruction the people give, and every response from Parliament — each entry timestamped, preserved, and open to all. It is also where the custodial and financial actions of the Trust and Fund are recorded in full daylight.
To understand what the Ledger is, what it records, and why it must be transparent, see the explainer:
Why It Needs Funding First
A public record that cannot be quietly edited or erased is not a simple webpage — it needs secure, auditable, tamper-evident infrastructure, built and maintained to a standard the public can trust. That infrastructure has to be created before the first entry can be published. That is the work your early support makes possible.
Help Bring It Into Existence
Contributions toward building the Phoenix Ledger and the wider Phoenix Charter platform can be made through the route below. A system built for radical public accountability deserves to be funded the same way — openly, by the people it serves.
