WILL

PERPETUAL CUSTODIAL WILL

Ensures the Crowd-Device Enters Trust Even if the Inventor Is Harmed

This document functions as the legal failsafe.
It activates under any circumstance in which Paul Andrew Sparrow becomes unable, unwilling, or prevented from completing the establishment of the Phoenix Trust due to interference, obstruction, or harm.

Perpetual Will of Paul Andrew Sparrow

I, Paul Andrew Sparrow, being of sound mind and acting of my own free will, issue this Perpetual Custodial Will to ensure the Crowd-Device enters permanent public custodianship whether or not I live to complete the process myself.

In the event of my death, disappearance, incapacity, or any circumstance that prevents me from finalising the Phoenix Trust, the following instructions shall take immediate and automatic effect:

  • All authorship, ownership, moral rights, historical records, domain definitions, drafts, documents, filings, and substantiating evidence relating to the Crowd-Device shall immediately transfer to the Phoenix Trust in full
  • A temporary Custodial Board comprised of three publicly selected and named executors shall assume immediate responsibility for activating and registering the Trust
  • All commercial rights, claims, damages, royalties, or related entitlements shall transfer directly into the Trust Fund for public benefit
  • No government, corporation, institution, estate executor, or beneficiary may divert or claim ownership of the Crowd-Device or any related IP
  • The sole purpose of the Custodial Board is to complete the Trust’s establishment and ensure that all rights remain permanently held in public ownership

This Will exists to ensure that the Crowd-Device cannot be stalled, interfered with, appropriated, or silenced through harm or intimidation. It is a structural guarantee that the invention reaches its final destination: perpetual protection for all people and all future generations.
