The Phoenix Fund is the public-facing engine that will enable the creation of the Phoenix Trust, the deployment of the Crowd-Device as a public asset, and the global development of the Phoenix Charter’s civic architecture. It exists for one purpose: to empower people — everywhere — to take part in restoring sovereignty, dignity, and self-governance across all nations.

For thirty years, the Crowd-Device was suppressed through obstruction, rejection, betrayal, and systematic gatekeeping. Now that authorship and ownership have been formally restored, the next phase begins — placing the device into Perpetual Public Custody, protected for all generations.

But a Trust capable of safeguarding a global public asset must be funded by the public itself.
That is why the Phoenix Fund exists.

What the Phoenix Fund Will Support

The Fund provides the resources needed to establish, operate, and protect:

  • the Phoenix Trust (the perpetual public custodian of the Crowd-Device)
  • legal structures to secure global custodianship
  • digital and physical infrastructure for public access
  • global translation and localisation of the Phoenix Charter
  • a public transparency ledger documenting every action, update, and custodial decision
  • outreach, education, and international coordination
  • and the long-term development of open civic systems built on the Crowd-Device

These initiatives must be independent of governments, corporations, political parties, and private interests.
They must be built by the people, funded by the people, and accountable to the people.

Why Funding Is Required

A Perpetual Public Trust must be legally established, independently audited, internationally recognised, and technologically supported. This requires:

  • legal filings and trustee formation
  • digital infrastructure and hosting
  • multilingual frameworks for global adoption
  • secure custodial systems
  • non-profit business registration
  • public reports and verifiable transparency mechanisms
  • administrative maintenance
  • and open-source development of public-facing tools

Every contribution allows one more block of this structure to be placed into the world — not as a private venture, but as a shared public inheritance.

How the Phoenix Fund Will Operate

The Fund will function under the following principles:

  • all donations are voluntary
  • all expenditures are publicly documented
  • no corporation or government may influence its direction
  • trustees serve the public, not themselves
  • surplus funds beyond operational needs flow into a public innovation pool
  • no shareholder exists and no private profit is permitted

The Fund exists solely to protect the Crowd-Device and advance public sovereignty.

Once established, it will also support:

  • civic education projects
  • public-led technological development
  • community initiatives using the Crowd-Device
  • and global People-Parliament infrastructure

Every part of the system remains fully accountable and open.
